HOW TO COOK RICE EFFORTLESSLY!
It has taken some time to perfect this and I have had many times previously where the rice was either stuck to the bottom or even a tonne of wet sloppy rice!
I remember always being told to use double the amount of water compared to rice, well I am here to tell you to not do that. Even though it doesn’t seem like much water, please don’t be worried about it, you just need to be patient. I use a mug that we have from the Christmas market that is 200ml, but even with one that is 250ml is completely fine.
I like to add some garlic powder and other spices to the rice (depending on the dish) when the rice is ready to start cooking, but like with everything it is a personal preference and I always love a bit of garlic.
The recipe below is for 2 portions.
How to cook rice effortlessly!
